Differentiation
NFC Based– TapWorkx is built upon NFC technology that is secure, robust, and reliable, it does not rely on optical solutions such static QR codes which have weaknesses in security, reliability and tampering attributes and they are limited in memory space.
Remote Tag Management – The Tags can be reset, reconfigured and cloned remotely enabling powerful use cases. The tags can be configured and deployed into the field and managed using a portal interface.
Real time tag records – Tags generated data is captured and stored in backend server and can be securely accessed by the tag owner, real time.
Application less – There is no unique application to download and manage on smartphones. A Tap will invoke the execution of platform independent applications and it will present a unique user experience based on the Smart Tag’s characteristic.
Storage size limitation- Does not rely on Tag memory, the storage is provided by the backend server. A large image or a video can easily be stored in the Smart Tag’s allocated space.
Passive Tags – The tags are invoked and powered by smartphone’s RF energy and there is no need for any battery.
